Geneva, World Scout Bureau, 05.04.06 - The Secretary General, in agreement with the Arab Regional Scout Committee, appointed a new Regional Director for the World Scout Bureau - Arab Regional Office, Dr. Atif Abdelmageed Abdelrahman Ahmed, from Sudan. Atif is a medical doctor with training also in International Law and Economical Multisectoral relations and a Master in "Disaster Management and Refugee study".
